How to Claim Your Rebate
- Purchase a qualifying Manfrotto Distribution product between 11/1/2015 and 12/31/2015.
- Go to manfrotto.rebateaccess.com to claim your rebate by entering offer number 64865. In order to obtain a rebate, visit manfrotto.rebateaccess.com and enter the offer number shown above. You will then complete your rebate registration form online. You must have internet access, a valid email address, and a printer in order to register your rebate.
Submission details:
- Complete and Print the rebate registration form.
- Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC bar code from the product packaging.
- Enclose a copy of the store identified sales receipt dated between 11/1/2015 and 12/31/2015, indicating your qualifying purchase.
- PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS: Completed Online Registration Form – Original UPC Barcode Label – Copy of Sales Receipt
- Mail all of these items to the address indicated on the form you print from the website.
- Submission must be postmarked by 1/31/2016 in order to qualify.
