She still has pretty eyes….

The spider in the outhouse is still happy to peep out occasionally. Here is a nice close up of her pretty eyes, using the 100mm lens and two extension tubes (13mm and 21mm) and cropped to half the image and squared and rotated.

There is so little wildlife about in February, I guess I’m lucky to have this lady into her third year. Spider is about as large as 2p coin when she is stood on a flat surface in a relaxed position. here, she is in her web, more of a nest than a web with these arachnids…
