Verona, NJ—The joining of forces between Sirui USA and Guangdong Sirui Optical Co., Ltd., was announced. Effective immediately, Sirui USA, LLC, is a direct subsidiary of the Guangdong Sirui Optical Company. The parent company is located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China.
Guangdong Sirui Optical is the design, development as well as manufacturing headquarters for all Sirui imaging products worldwide. Moreover, this acquisition brings the two companies together to strengthen the capabilities of Sirui USA to support and service its retailers as well as consumers.
