Watch as a Nikon Optical Engineer Explains the New Z-Mount

In this video, Nikon Optical Engineer and Technical Liaison Atsushi Suzuki explains the merits of the new mirrorless Z-mount.

What I found particularly impressive was Suzuki writing backwards on plexiglass so that the text could be read by someone on the other side. As I watched him do this, I was immediately reminded of my father, a 20-year Air Force veteran, who used to write backwards on dry erase boards (as a party trick) as I was growing up. He learned to write backwards quickly and accurately to convey aircraft movements to the “higher ups” on the other side of a glass wall while working as a Control Center Plotter in Okinawa. [Sean]
